Our professional staff have many years combined accountancy and tax experience, each member having their own areas of expertise covering all aspects of business advice and service.

The business has been running in its current form for over ten years, but has an unbroken history through its ownership by a family whose membership within the profession dates back to the early part of the last century. This is one reason why we understand so well the needs of the small to medium sized family business.
We are one ourselves.

Our location on the outskirts of Leeds has good communication links, without the cost and inconvenience of being in a city centre location, and are happy to see clients at their premises or ours. We provide a convenient and value for money approach to the provision of accounting and taxation services. So much so, that many of the clients who move away from our area retain us as their advisors. We have clients in London, Cornwall, Dorset, Wales, and Scotland, although most are within the Yorkshire area, throughout which we can travel in less than 1 hour.

Managing & Principal Director

With a degree in Economics and Accountancy, Nigel Wyatt trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Price Waterhouse in Leeds, one of the most prestigious accountancy practices in the world.

Since that time he has been providing accountancy and business services to owner managed companies with turnover of up to £25 million.

In recent years he has also been appointed Finance Officer to a number of Charity and Not for Profit companies, providing support to the Directors in maintaining their finance procedures and governance responsibilities. These organisations include Sure Start Programmes, Children's Centres and the provider of Domestic Abuse Support Services.

Nigel is also a third generation Chartered Accountant, following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps
